WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM?
We source most of our parts from the UK and from the original manufacturer. We can use genuine, or aftermarket parts depending on our customer requirements.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?
Most repairs are completed and returned to our customers within 7 days. Parts availability can sometimes delay a repair, however, we will keep you informed throughout the process with our custom job management system. Should you require an urgent repair, please enquire with the team.
IS IT WORTH REPAIRING?
At St Helens Tool & Machinery Repairs, we will only carry out repairs that are cost-effective for our customers. We can carry out an assessment in order to price the job. Should you go ahead with the repair, there is no charge for the assessment of your tool. If not, a £15 charge applies to cover our diagnostics costs.
